“And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.” ps 9:10 nkjv |
April 7, 2026 Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near.” isa 55:6 nkjv The Hebrew word, we read in its English Translation as “seek.” [h1875, Strongs], has several meanings as regards the context it is used in… it is used 164 times in the KJV I use. Now, may we consider what and why the seeker is about and looking for. Namely, I want to focus on our reasons for seeking “the Lord while He may be found.” There are many curious seekers that simply want to review or compare a concept or idea, just in an intellectual way. What one does with the understanding they obtain from their quest is of utmost importance… especially in Biblical matters. Now let me suggest that Yahweh's Word is like electricity, [has] a sort of “magnetic” capacity… meaning that it has to connect past the intellectual realm into the heartfelt spiritual realm that has an affinity for it, the place where Yahweh dwells within a believer. The Bible tells us the “natural man [mind]” does not receive God’s Word… that it is foolishness to him. 1 cor 2:14 In a born again believer, there is a God given receptor [antenna like] alertness that is scanning the world around them for the “transmitted” sound of the Holy Spirit. I don’t personally think demonic entities can hear [detect/receive] this spiritual transmission. Simultaneously, the believer that is spiritually tuned, also receives [from the Holy Spirit] warnings and cautions of evil and wickedness that try to invade the heartfelt realm of the spiritual man… praise God! Very simply, why are you trusting God and seeking Him? That is not a trick question. If Yahweh’s only begotten Son, Yeshua [Jesus] is Lord of your life, you will not need a reason for trusting or seeking Him… it will be continual and normal process of your life’s pursuits. It is a natural part of who we are, as new creations in Christ. Now, there are many distorted and cunning messages in the “airways” of the spiritual realm… they continually try to attract us and draw us off our faithful course of following truth [God’s Word/likeness of Yeshua]. This was one of the prayers Yeshua prayed to the Father… “sanctify them [believers] with your truth, thy Word is truth.” jn 17:17 We need to daily thank God for this incredible value. Let’s look at a end of days proclamation John reveals to us in Revelations… concerning believers conflict with evil and wickedness: “So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” rev 12:9 nkjv AND, “Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.” rev 12:10-11 nkjv AND, “And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” rev 12:17 nkjv Now this is a vivid picture of the war of good and evil… Psalms chapters 9-12, are full of the works of evil and wickedness… and they were penned by King David… nearly 3000 years ago. Nothing has changed, except that Calvary’s story has changed the paradigm. The scales have been tilted in our favor, but the evil and wicked ones have not stopped their attacks on truth, which is their mortal enemy [remember Yeshua’s words, “thy Word is truth]. Allow me to suggest we are both spectators and actors on the stage of life… let’s look as far back as Greek theater… long before Christ’s arrival. Look at these two “masks”
they represent what has long been understood; two faces work in all of life… good, bad; sad, happy; light, darkness; and so on. The mask represent “trickery” deception, falsification, a facade… we live in a “good cop, bad cop” environment. Optics and theatrical, psychologically masked purveyors, of good/evil, are manipulated by the puppet masters behind nearly everything we are in contact with. Since the vast improvements in communications and digital technological applications in nearly all “concept” or “presented” messages, we are too often afflicted by well designed schemes and crafty masked-men who are no less than henchmen of the demonic cabal bearing down on our lives… their leader, the Bible calls Apollyon [the Destroyer]. Rev 9:11 nkjv Their main target is to destroy truth. Now, Yeshua’s message to His disciples, Mat 24, Mark 13, Luk 21, all start with His admonishing them… “let no one deceive you;” notice His main concern was that the deceivers would “come in His name.” Now that can have several distorted forms. Now also know that when THE Anti-christ appears, he will be a charming, nice man, who seeks to help and provide well-being for us… he will not be wearing a red suit and have horns and a tail… keep that in mind. He wears a deceptive mask. Think, about the “mask.” Because many will follow Him, why would they? The cosmic illusion we live in, bombarded with lies and half truths has set them up because… they don’t “Trust in God, seek Him while He may be found.” The NT book of 2 Thessalonians chapter 2, tells us this happens to them because they did not have a love for the truth. As a notable observation, truth in today’s world seems to be considered “relative.” I will conclude this message starting with this: I am seeing more and more disagreement among writers concerning which bible version, which calendar, which name, which doctrinal explanation… and more, is to be accepted. The Bible calls confusion, “Babylon.” Yes, that is the reality of where we live, where we are, and unless you have a foundational faith substance, the “masked-men” will do you much damage. This may offend some of you, but it is not intended to, I will share my opinion of how I process and filter the messages of the masked-men. This is not to expect you to do as I do, or agree with my way. First, I use the Torah [first five books of the Bible] as my launching pad, meaning, I study it for concepts, first meaning of words and explanations, and directives from Yahweh, and I ask the Holy Spirit to protect my thinking from confusion or misunderstanding… to be honest, I do not understand all of it, I just try to apply what I do think it says to how I should live… and secondly, I let the Torah judge the rest of the Bible… so if there seems to be conflict, I let the Torah resolve the issue. That is not to say that maybe someday the Holy Spirit will not correct any present misunderstanding. As to this place in my faith walk, I have not found any of Yeshua’s life style, as recorded in the NT, to in any way, conflict with the Torah. Remember, Yeshua was [is] the Word/Torah that became flesh. Jn 1:14 An finally this, why did Yahweh need to send His Holy Spirit as the first act the Disciples were to obey upon Yeshua’s ascension? Acts 1:4-8 If Yeshua’s perfectly walked lifestyle while with them was not sufficient, how could we nowadays have even a close understanding of how to walk? I do not believe it to be possible for anyone who claims to be a believer to be able to navigate these dangerous days coming unless they attend to the study of the truth and live continually in the counsel of the Holy Spirit. So we are back to the starting point: “And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.” ps 9:10 nkjv Shalom, John |
| "When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” acts 2:1-4 nkjv |
