“And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. rev 17:5 nkjv   In the later part of the end of days, evil’s zenith will culminate with the rise of a city [and system] called Babylon in the turbulent confusion of evil’s seemingly certain victory over Yahweh’s people… and that’s the way Yahweh [GOD] has let His plan play out. Some people will be very comfortable in this wicked and abominable pagan place… just as they were in Sodom and Gomorrah. If you scan the information sites and news links of world media and podcasts, you can see its full of examples that report the many tragic and miserable events humanity has gotten itself into. These events are what the Bible foretold would come in the last days… that there would be a great apostasy and great falling away.

The apostasy is the decline and undoing of the once holy and sacred body of people called the “Church” [which has had many ups and downs throughout its history]. Here I refer mainly to the leadership of the Institution. This time, though, it is the “church” in its death throws of its final phase… developing into the harlot church described in Revelation. When the Apostle John saw it, the text says he was astonished. Probably because what he once knew it to be had become the great harlot.

The great falling away is the general undoing of humanity’s spiritual state and decline, and the “love of many growing cold.” Yeshua said this would be because of lawlessness, mat 24:11-12 …  because iniquity would abound. The terms “lawlessness,” and “iniquity,” are used interchangeably in different translations… both mean “without law.” Namely, meaning without God’s Law in these texts. What is the end results of no law…? The wicked want it that way.

The verse at the top, with the Angel saying “come out of her [Babylon]” is in Chapter 18,  describing the destruction of Babylon and the details of her fornication and wickedness… Notice the Angel is messaging “my people,” God’s people… who are yet on the earth [in the tribulation] and enduring the suffering of the most evil time possible… yet they are being admonished to flee Babylon.  Now, how does one “come out” of something they are submerged in and surrounded by world wide? Where does one flee to? I suggest this is a “spiritual” fleeing… not physical. Yeshua said we are in the world, but not of it. And this Babylon society will hate all connected to Yeshua [Jesus].

 “If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. 19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.” jn 15:18-19 nkjv

My dear brethren, aren’t you glad Yeshua “chose” you… it wasn’t your doing. But you are, by faith in Yeshua, the recipient of the greatest thing life can involve. It will be what delivers you from Babylon. He will never leave you or forsake you. Whatever you must go through, endure, or experience, He is always with you.

At the time when the anti-Christ beast system sets up its “mark” requirement for “buying or selling,” actually everything need for normal life survival, there will be so much deception that the deceived people will want the “popular brand,” and will join themselves in with those who worship the beast. The Bible is clear on all of this. It is also clear that ALL who take the mark will perish in Hell, with no second chance of escape. Therefore, it is imperative that one learns the facts and makes sure their family and loved ones know these things. These are not speculations, this truth is from the Holy Scripture and is given us for our benefit. These deceptions are becoming more invasive into our society at alarming speed. NOW is the time to wake up and start looking at this issue with a sincere desire to have Yeshua lead you into His way of living and escaping the destruction of the coming deceptions.

“...for by your [the harlot system] sorcery all the nations were deceived. 24 And in her was found the blood of prophets and saints, and of all who were slain on the earth.” rev 18:23-24 nkjv

Please read Revelation chapter 18,  it will fill out the open spaces in this short devotional. I could write pages on my opinion concerning what I think is happening and coming… you don’t need my opinion, or anyone else’ opinion… you need the truth that only the Holy Scriptures and the indwelling Holy Sprit can direct you with. I am only trying to write what the Scriptures say, and try to encourage you to think about the gravity of these times and things happening right now… too many things are distracting people from the evil planning that the demonic cabal is doing, both in plain sight and under the radar…  The prophet Hosea said, “my people perish from lack of knowledge [information],” it is not hidden information, it is subdued in too much other activity we indulge in… a very astute pastor once said, “where you spend your time is where your God is.” Indulgence in material things and hedonism is idolatry… a form of worship. Yeshua said, “where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Hear what the Prophet Hosea had to say to a failing society in his day:

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.” hos 4:6 nkjv

When the snares of Babylon have seduced one, their destruction will be without warning. If they had sought the knowledge of the Lord God, they would have had the insights and understanding of what was happening to them…  God is just and fair, He does not coerce or force us into agreement with Him; however, not fearing Him and freely receiving and following His Word as knowledge, and His Spirit as counselor, will leave us to our own destruction by our own choices.
