It is said that the Holy Bible is a study of human nature; for the most part, human nature has always been the same… two groups of men are born into the world, the larger group chooses to live their lives to suit themselves, usually. However, some find a personal relationship with the Creator God [Yahweh] and take His Word seriously, a unique group… They live their lives to suit Yahweh, because they believe Him to be their eternal hope, both here in this life and in the hereafter… both groups die. Then “forever” continues:

“And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, Some to everlasting life, Some to shame and everlasting contempt.” Dan 12:2 nkjv

Praise to God for His Faithfulness and Justice; The Psalmist proclaims, in Psalms 111:

“Praise the Lord!

”I will praise the Lord with my whole heart, In the assembly of the upright and in the congregation.

2 “The works of the Lord are great, Studied by all who have pleasure in them.

3 “His work is honorable and glorious, And His righteousness endures forever.

4 “He has made His wonderful works to be remembered; The Lord is gracious and full of compassion.

5 “He has given food to those who fear Him; He will ever be mindful of His covenant.

6 “He has declared to His people the power of His works, In giving them the heritage of the nations.

7 “The works of His hands are verity and justice; All His precepts are sure.

8 “They stand fast forever and ever, And are done in truth and uprightness.

9 “He has sent redemption to His people; He has commanded His covenant forever: Holy and awesome is His name.

10 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever.” Ps 111:1-10 nkjv

When I was working in my business years, I was on multitudes of airplane trips… some in churning storms, even in weather so bad you cold not see anything until the plane was on the ground… and then just the flashing lights on the wing tip. Like the guidance system on the aircraft, Yahweh’s Holy Spirit and His Word guides us to safe landings in these troublesome days of unprecedented events.

In our turbulent times, let the powerful words of truth that the Psalmist proclaims refresh your soul, joy and hope. After all, when you choose to follow Yahweh, His faithfulness is working in your favor. Don’t let the evil and wickedness of our times have an inch of your “happy place” in Yahweh’s safe harbor. Simply join the Psalmist in the words above and be among those praising Him forever.
