March-April 2018... current events overview:

First: As this March-April “Current Events” update is being written, we are approaching the first of the “Seven Feasts of the LORD.” These feasts are listed in Leviticus Chapter 23. It is very important to understand the underlying teaching that YHWH (God) is providing believers in this series of “holy days.” The first of these “Feasts of the LORD,” is the spring Passover, which is full of meaning concerning deliverance from captivity (Egypt for the Hebrews, Israel; but analogous to “sin” in the life of all mankind). The need for man to understand his corrupt state of “unacceptable” status in the eyes of a Holy Creator is the first step towards “redemption” by the Blood of the Lamb (Yeshua/Jesus), who was crucified (sacrificed) on Passover. This is why people need to study the first five books of the Bible (known as the Pentateuch, or Torah). All of YHWH's (God's) expectations for His covenant people are fully detailed in the Torah, more commonly know to Christians as the Law of Moses. The translated word “Law” (Strong's 08451) is Torah, which in the Hebrew mind is better understood as “instruction, or teaching,” and it is like shooting an arrow at a target… with the intention of accurately hitting the center of the target. Thus, YHWH's instructions, commandments, statutes, and principles taught in His Torah are to help us (redeemed covenant believers) live our lives in a manner that express our respect and faithfulness to confirm our covenant responsibility to Yeshua's payment for our Redemption on Calvary. Our participation in learning and living Torah (YHWH's expectations of us) does not gain us our positional place in being saved… only our faith in Yeshua's Calvary work can do that; as Paul teaches that we are “saved by grace through faith, and that not of ourselves, as it the gift of YHWH" (Eph 2:8). The honor and respect we are to give YHWH by being agreeable with His expectations is fully documented by dozens of quantifying “if and then” statements in the Bible that clearly show us that YHWH gets to make the rules and we can only make choices; to obey (faithfully believe, a form of agreement biblically), or disobey (unbelief, a form of rebellion, unfaithfulness biblically). It might be good for anyone confused on this issue to look at what the Bible defines as “sin,” and how willful sin, without sincere repentance and forsaking it, disqualifies us from entering the Kingdom of Heaven (Heb 10:26-29).

Second, our main emphasis this issue; America's Mental Health and Drug abuse Pandemic.

What does the “drug abuse” problem look like Spiritually?

To begin, where do we find its Biblical connection? To do so, we will look at the “On-line Etymology Dictionary,”found on-line at: https://www.etymonline.com/word/pharmacy

and examine the meaning and etymology of the underlying word “pharmacy.”

pharmacy (n.)

late 14c., "a medicine," from Old French farmacie "a purgative" (13c.), from Medieval Latin pharmacia, from Greek pharmakeia "use of drugs, medicines, potions, or spells; poisoning, witchcraft; remedy, cure," from pharmakeus (fem. pharmakis) "preparer of drugs, poisoner, sorcerer" from pharmakon "drug, poison, philter, charm, spell, enchantment." Meaning "use or administration of drugs" is attested from c. 1400; that of "place where drugs are prepared and dispensed" is first recorded 1833. The ph- was restored 16c. in French, 17c. in English (see ph).

The Bible tells us that “witchcraft” is one of the works of the flesh (Gal 5:20; the Greek word translated into English as witchcraft, in original text is, “pharmakeia.” [It is Strong's #5331; and its meaning is: 1) the use or the administering of drugs 2) poisoning 3)sorcery, magical arts, often found in connection with idolatry and fostered by it 4) metaph. The deceptions and seductions idolatry].

In Noah's day, before the Flood (Gen 6:4-5), the fallen angels (Watchers, clearly explained in detail in the extra-biblical book of Enoch), taught men how to prepare magic potions (drugs) that had many known,“to them only,” cause and effect impacts on humankind, (this carnal knowledge was not given to man by God, but by evil angels who had rebelled against the Holy One along with Satan, for which they were exiled from Heaven) God called this divulging of forbidden knowledge“wickedness” in His own words. There is much to say about this, but time does not permit in this writing. The use of uncontrolled and improperly administered drugs (other than for clinically controlled use with competent professional oversight) is witchcraft, yes I said witchcraft. Drug pushing is the working of the occult, and its cunning destructive use, to afflict God's creation to inhibit or completely block one's fellowship with God (just as in the days of Noah). The poison of the sorcerer is part of the last days demonic assault on mankind.

If you have worked in any ministry that tries to help deliver drug addicts from their bondage, you, without doubt, understand the powerful grip the drug poison has on its victims. Tragically, very few are set free from this terrible curse. The only power that I know of that can break this bondage is the work of the Holy Spirit in tandem with the delivering power of the Blood of Yeshua… it is in His Name that captives can be delivered. Apart from deliverance from this oculists poisoning, the victims can, and often do, perform destructive acts against themselves and others. I have included some news links that will address the “unintended” consequences of drug usage (legal and illegal)… and the sad confusion that victims suffer. And, I have included a discussion between me and another believer who has first hand exposure to this horrible curse that continues to spread its demonic power over our nation… and I have provided another article on the problem large cities face as we speak. It is without a doubt, in my opinion, that horrible mass shootings, such as recently occurred at the Parkland, Florida High School, more likely has its roots in mental health treatment failure than it does in any kind of “gun control" problem. One article I included speaks to that issue. There are other informative articles concerning this horrific problem, which tragically, is growing as we speak.

Complex issues abound and with the recent $6-Billion Dollar funding in the 2018 Congressional Spending bill to address the opioid crisis… it is only a drop in the bucket that is a way of “pushing it down the road.” No physical or clinical solution can solve a spiritual problem; this is a “Last Days” Occult campaign, that in conjunction with alcohol abuse (a separate dilemma, and spiritual issue itself), plus the multi-billion dollar illegal drug enterprise's proliferation and associated gang wars, one can't hardly get a mental picture, that sufficiently encompasses, the magnitude of this horrible plague. According to “Drug War Facts Website”, there were , according to a CDC 2016 report, over 63,000 drug induced deaths in America (nearly double all deaths caused by firearms); over 42,000 of those involve opioids. That is almost double the 2010 rate of death for same data… Now, multiply that by who knows what ratio for the “living” (non-death victimized users) whose lives (and lives of their families directly affected) are corrupted and destroyed, you have tens of millions of people who are being devoured by the demonic Occultic practice of “pharmakeia .” If you know people in this bondage, please pray for their deliverance.
